AI Invoice Processing with Notion

This workflow automates your entire invoice intake process end-to-end. It polls Gmail every minute for emails with PDF attachments, uploads them to Google Drive, and uses a two-stage Gemini AI pipeline to first confirm the document is an invoice, then extract structured data (vendor name, total amount, and individual line items). Verified invoices are saved to a Notion Invoice Tracking Database and a linked Line Items Database. Non-invoice PDFs are automatically deleted from Drive to keep your folder clean.
