General Terms of Sale (GTS)
Last updated: April 1, 2026
1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") apply to all transactions conducted on the FlowMarket platform, between sellers (workflow creators) and buyers (clients).
FlowMarket acts as a technical intermediary and is not the seller of the products offered on the Platform. Contractual sales relationships are established directly between the seller and the buyer.
2. Nature of Products
Products sold on FlowMarket are digital content in the form of JSON files representing automation workflows (primarily n8n).
Each workflow is described by its creator on the product page (description, category, complexity, use case). The buyer is responsible for verifying that the product meets their needs before purchasing.
Additional installation and configuration services may be offered by creators.
3. Pricing
Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes. Sellers freely set the price of their workflows within a range defined by the Platform (currently €5 to €100).
FlowMarket charges a commission on each sale. The commission rate is progressive based on the creator's sales volume (from 15% to 5%).
4. Payment
All payments are securely processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc.), a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. FlowMarket does not collect or store any card data.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Other payment methods supported by Stripe
Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation. The transaction is only finalised after payment confirmation from Stripe.
Sellers receive their payments via Stripe Connect, after deduction of the Platform commission.
5. Delivery
As these are digital content products, delivery is immediate. After payment confirmation, the workflow is made available to the buyer in their "Orders" section.
The buyer may download the workflow JSON file from their dashboard. FlowMarket undertakes to maintain download access for a reasonable period.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not applyto contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and their express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
By confirming their purchase, the buyer expressly acknowledges:
- That delivery of the digital content begins immediately after payment
- That they waive their right of withdrawal upon the workflow being made available
7. No Refund Policy
Given the digital nature of the products, their immediate delivery, and the absence of a right of withdrawal, all sales are final and binding after payment validation and workflow delivery.
No refund, credit note, exchange, or convenience cancellation will be granted after delivery of the digital content, including in cases of wrong selection, incompatibility with the buyer's technical environment, change of mind, or non-use of the workflow.
This clause is without prejudice to any mandatory statutory guarantees that may apply. In the event of difficulty accessing the delivered file or a purely technical incident attributable to the Platform, FlowMarket may prioritise providing a fresh delivery of the content, without this constituting a general right to a refund.
Any complaint must be sent to contact@flowmarket.pro, with the relevant order number, to allow verification that the digital content was properly made available.
8. Usage Licence
Purchasing a workflow grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable usage licence. The buyer may:
- Use the workflow for their own professional needs
- Modify and adapt the workflow for their own use
The buyer may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publish the workflow on another platform
- Share the workflow with unauthorised third parties
- Use the workflow to create a competing product
9. Warranties
Workflows are provided "as is". The seller warrants that the workflow conforms to its description at the time of sale.
FlowMarket provides no warranty as to the proper functioning, compatibility, or results obtained from workflows sold on the Platform. Responsibility for workflow quality lies with the seller.
10. Service Contracts (Setup / Custom Development)
Service contracts (installation, configuration, custom development) are agreements concluded directly between the client and the creator. FlowMarket acts solely as a technical intermediary connecting both parties.
The terms of service (scope, price, timeline) are agreed directly between the parties via the Platform's messaging system.
11. Limitation of Liability
FlowMarket's liability as an intermediary is limited in accordance with applicable law. Under no circumstances shall FlowMarket be held liable for:
- Direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of a workflow
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
12. Governing Law
These GTS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, jurisdiction is attributed to the competent French courts.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the consumer may refer to a consumer mediator. Online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
