Was thinking of something fairly similar! The modality of the future, no doubt.

This could mark the beginning of consumer-scale physical AI!

rasberrypi with devices. have youb tried arduion? its very cool. try with mega

Hey do you give access to a gyroscope too or just accelerometer? Thanks

Image de l'article

You wrote that it's open source. Forgive me if I missed it in the post, but where can I find the source code? I looked on the HuggingFace GitHub, but I couldn't find a public repo for Reachy

Here's a list of all their public repos: https://github.com/search?q=topic%3Ahuggingface+org%3Ahuggingface++is%3Apublic&type=Repositories

Maybe their Agents Course gets into where things are a little more: https://huggingface.co/learn/agents-course/unit0/introduction

Is shipping available to Colombia? Looks great!

Image de l'article

Any chance poor but reputable devs can apply for a grant or discount of some kind?

Image de l'article

this could be a huge boon to the robotics space and a win for getting more people involved at a reasonable price. super exciting!

Does it have access to Internet? I wonder if it can be made to automate smart home devices in response to seeing something.

Looks like Reachy Mini (not the Lite version) will have wifi.

One of the coolest things I've seen in a looooong time! Awesome!!

cool!!!

Nice!!!!

Without Hands, Legs or wheels it is NOT a robot

It has motion. Robot is all about motion in physical world rather than look like human-being.

I want one.

Hello ! Is it possible to upgrade the 299$ version to the 499$ later ?

This is sweet...although would really like to see some arm capability at the least. This would add a lot more interaction capabilities, sure it might be a little more, but hopefully this is in development. Professional design engineer here would be interested in collaboration

Is it ready for shipment or have to wait? How long does it take to get shipped to Germany?

Hi ! All the info is displayed above, depending on the version is the date of the shipping, cheers!

On order - Very exciting been looking for good open source interface to add alternative interaction to local LLMs had been going down wearable tech route (glasses / pendants pins) or Alexa skill or custom Ras PI build. Thanks Hugging Face for saving me loads of time. Cannot wait to pair with a text to speech model and start chatting with my adorable AI robot. I might even bundle with the 1000s of custom build Sparks we will ship over next few years. A million $ solution just a few years ago just became a $5000-10000 solution. About equivalent to the first Server and MACs I purchased in late 80s.

Where are the AI models sitting ? Locally on reachy or remotely? For such cool price, i expect the ai models to be remote, either on the connected computer (mac or linux, lite version) or any server thru the wifi version ?

I have the same question. I'm currently running local LLMs on my MacBook hooked to a Flask server so I can invoke them from the internet. Curious how I'd be able to connect Reachy to it

I’m really excited to get one! Do you know when shipping to Malaysia will be available?

Would it be possible to run the software on another robot that is based on Nvidia Jetson nano type chips?

What is the spec of the Raspberry Pi 5? How much RAM?

16 go ram

Probably they use it to control the robotic features and possibly the communication stack with the AI remote servers...

How may I cancel my order?

Hi! Please send me an email to sales@pollen-robotics.com with your order receipt and invoice number 🤓

Image de l'article

No Paypal :-(

Hi ! Paypal it's available now :)

Super exciting!! Is it friendly to people with no coding background?

Hi ! That's the general idea, if you are motivated enough to start discovering about coding and start learning, then this could be a great starting point. Besides, having a physical robot with you and seeing it implement the stuff you have built is 100% fun guaranteed.

Would love to buy if you ship to Thailand!

Hi! I want to cancel the ‘Reachy Mini Lite’ I bought two days ago and switch to the ‘Reachy Mini’ instead. Could you please assist me with that?

Hi Cindy! Please send me an email to sales@pollen-robotics.com with your order receipt and invoice number 🤓

This little robot looks very cute, but unfortunately it will be available at the end of this year or even next year. So I hope it will be open sourced as soon as possible so that I can replicate it in China! If you also want to see it in China as soon as possible, you can communicate with us on QQ group: 985137152

Can we use the GPT api?

yes

Make a delivery to Kazakhstan, please 🤗

I would love to work on this little dude.

Unfortunately, I'm not in a financial position to purchase one.

If anyone is feeling generous let me know. ❤️‍🩹

I have already paid and placed an order. Where can I check the order progress?

Hi! The orders will start to be shipped as mentioned on the page according to the version you pre-ordered

For the 4 microphones on a Reachy Mini, please position them like a tetrahedron and not in a plane! The microphones alone should be able to tell where the sound comes from and turn the head in that direction without looking.

Image de l'article

I see there is support for only linux and mac and no support for windows . Does it support WSL ?

Can I use another local compute board than the RPi5? Say the OrangePi5?

Hello Guys,

The shipment is late 2025 or early 2026? it showed after paying the money. It would have shown before, so i would have ordered differently.

Hi ! It's shown in the blog, but maybe it was missed. We will ship by order of purchase and starting from late 2025.

Congrats to Hugging Face and Pollen Robotics—Reachy Mini looks fantastic! I’m keen to build one from scratch, but I can’t find the CAD/STL files or a Bill of Materials mentioned in the open-source description. Could you share where these are located, or if they’ll be released soon? Thanks for making robotics more accessible!

Image de l'article

hi!, I ordered the compute + battery version. Will we have easy access to the raspberry 5 module. Are the cameras, microphone and speaker connected to the raspberry pi?. I am excited to add sensors to it. I have not touched anything arduino/robotics for over 10 years. I am excited to be back. I would love to add an arduino and communicate via serial, add h bridge and motors and give it mobility.

Hi, Do you have an estimated timeline for when JavaScript support will be available? It’s my preferred language. I could probably use Python with Vibe Coding, but I definitely feel more comfortable working in the language I know best. Thanks :)

Need an n8n workflow or help installing it?

After the briefing, move to execution: find an n8n template or a creator who can adapt it to your tools.
